Filter & Separator Bar Magnet

The magnetic rods are made of a SUS304 or 316 stainless steel tube and several pieces powerful permanent magnets. It can be fixed into a framework to be used in some industrial situations, such as  food processing, new energy materials, carbon black, graphite, fine chemical processing, power plant, injection molding and other industries. 

When the water, oil or power material goes through this magnetic framework,  the magnetic field of filter magnets can adsorb those ferrous substances, like iron dust on the surface of framwok from the mixture. Hereby our magnetic filter bar magnet could help customers to prevent the impurities sustances from their equipments, machinery or products.

Our standard dimension of this kind of magnetic rod is D25x200, D25x250, D25x300mm with 8000-12000 Goes magnetic flux. Also we could design and produce them according to customers' requirements.  Meanwhile, it could be adjusted to NdFeB magnet, SmCo magnet or Ceramic magnet as per required magnetic flux.
