Hydrocyclone—Description
XCⅡ hydrocyclone is a hydrocyclone designed by Yantai Xinhai company with a world-leading level. With involute feeding opening, it enhances the centrifugal force of materials, which improves classification effects and greatly reduces the abrasion. Because of reasonable ratio of volume and cone and insertion depth, it has higher classification and is especially suitable for classification and dehydration.
Features of Xinhai XCⅡ hydrocyclone
1. With involute feeding opening, it reduces turbulent degree when materials enter cyclone. So the separating performance is improved.
2.Xinhai XCⅡ hydrocyclone adopts involute feeding opening, which lowers abrasion for feeding box.

Working Principle of Xinhai XCⅡ hydrocyclone
As a common classification machinery, it adopts centrifugal sedimentation. When the two-phase or three-phase mixed with liquor is fed into hydrocyclone through feeding opening, the mixture does three-dimensional and oval and strong rotating and tangent cyclone motion. Considering differences of density between fine and coarse ores, the majority of coarse ores precipitates to bottom in a spiral trajectory by action of centrifugal force, centripetal force, buoyancy and fluid resistance, etc. After that, it is discharged to realize classification.
