Applications:
The liquid bag filter assemblies designed by us have been usedin the industry for varied applications – starting from chemicals to dyes and more difficult sugar solution/syrup filtration in the antibiotics and beverage industry.
Bag filters are suitably designed keeping the application in mind. A range of media is available to handle applications in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Chemical, F&B, Wines and Breweries, Dyes and Dye Intermediates etc. Bag filters are used where a large volume of liquid containing a relatively small quantity of solids is filtered. The system is suitable to overcome the problem of Sparkler filters, filter presses where opening and closing of the system becomes tedious and difficult.

Multiple filtration uses require multiple filter types. Extended Life designs offer longer life and fewer change-outs with twice the dirt-holding capacity of standard felt bags. Multilayer designs provide high contaminant loading and long service life. The filter bags offer absolute-rated filtration down to three microns, and an entirely seamless design for more precise filtration. The Heavy Duty Extended Life filter bag offers greater depth filtration than conventional filter bags.
