AAC pouring mixer Concrete Mixing Plant / AAC Block Making Machine / AAC Block
The pouring mixer (see attached drawing) is a mixing machine fixed on top of the block mould whose function is to mix the materials thoroughly before pouring so that they can be made into autoclave aerated concrete blocks.

The pouring mixer is composed of two units: mixing cylinder and pouring arm.
a) The mixing cylinder is cylindrical in shape. It is made up of the following components: electric motor, mixing shaft, mixing blades and diversion tube.
b)The pouring arm has a rigid (or flexible) structure. The charging port of the rigid pouring arm takes the form of two arms and the charging is controlled by a pneumatic butterfly valve.
a) The pouring mixer works on the principle of diversion-type mixing. Its mixing is rapid and even. It is driven by a motor, which rotates in a clockwise direction, driving the mixing shaft and the mixing blades into rotation. Thus the materials will be tumbled up and down in the cylinder and the diversion tube. Hence the purpose of mixing and diversion is achieved.
b) The pouring arm is mounted on top of the mould. When the materials are mixed to the acceptable extent, the butterfly valve will be opened so that the materials are fed into the pouring arm and poured into the block mould.
a) Put the mixing cylinder levelly on the prepared foundation and put a rubber pad between the contacting surfaces.
b) Fix the pouring arm under the charging port of the mixing cylinder. The pneumatic butterfly valve should be assembled in between. The pouring direction, which is determined by the technological requirement, should be adjusted on site.
6. Trial running and adjustment
a)The following parts should be adjusted after assembly is completed.
i. The rubber belt of the motor should be stretched tight.
ii.The gland cover of the mixing shaft should be tightened so that a perfect sealing of the plastics is formed.
iii.The pouring arm should be arranged according to the technological requirement. The pouring port should be adjusted.
b) Trial running
i. The motor should rotate normally in the clockwise direction.
ii. The mixing cylinder should work stably.
iii. The mixing shaft should rotate freely without jamming or abnormal noise.
iv. The pneumatic butterfly valve should be very sensible in opening and closing.
v.Adjust a suitable distance between the diversion tube and the underside of the pouring mixer (the common distance is between 12cm～18cm ).
a) Daily care:
The mixing cylinder, mixing shaft and pouring arm should be cleaned once a week. Before cleaning, the gland cover of the mixing shaft should be tightened so that a perfect sealing of the plastics is formed. All the bearings should be filled up and should be re-filled every six months.
The pouring port, the pneumatic butterfly valve and the seals of the pipelines should be taken down and cleaned once a month. Packing of the mixing shaft and worn parts should be replaced.
a) Do not allow anybody to stand on top of the mixing cylinder and in the vicinity of the pouring arm in the process of pouring.
b) Remove all splattered materials completely at the end of each shift.
